NFTC's VISION

To stimulate self-awareness, engage and empower today’s youth to create personal relevance through character-driven storytelling, motivation, and interactive play experiences.

What makes this a unique learning experience?

Bennett brings a multi-faceted approach to working with students. Combining performance, Improv, and Interactive Exercises, students are given new perspectives to apply to their schoolwork, family, community, and future.

It's About Them!

With all the changes happening in the world around them post Covid and in their personal lives, students can lose sight of how important and meaningful each one of them can be.  Here they are given a new set of criteria and vocabulary to take with them to help effect meaningful change.

Social Emotional Learning (SEL)

Tools are provided to support your students’ sense of self-confidence, self-worth, self and social aware-ness with themselves, their school-mates, and their extended community.

Creating Their Best Story

Stories are how we learn. When a student understands their narrative from the vantage point of their history, thoughts, and beliefs, they can take ownership and create a new, positive future through responsible decision-making.

Relevance and Engagement

Involvement in their studies is fostered by leading them to reconnect with "active learning" and ‘discover’ how their approach to school and learning will impact their choices for the rest of their life. The student sees themselves in a new light, making far-reaching connections with school, family, friends, and community.

Close Up on Eyes

Creating a Vision

Being supported in holding a vision is a powerful motivator toward youth wellness.  Students are encouraged to develop and expand their personal vision while experiencing how their uniqueness enables them to authentically ‘fit in' through wholistic engagement.

Drama Students

An Effective Way to Learn

Interactive games and group role-playing help the students learn more about themselves and self-management by pretending to be someone else in a safe and fun environment. Their perspective changes to self-confidence, valuing who they are from the inside out, rather than seeking validation outside themselves.
